Really unique selection of classic bikes. Small shop, but a great selection of products. I really like the used parts bin, and would definitely use it if I was looking to build a bike. The mechanics are welcoming and helpful. Glad to have this place a few blocks away from me. The free hot tea is excellent!

Easily the most caring bike repair shop I’ve ever been to. They have been taking care of my one speed since 2020. I haven’t been needing to get my bike repaired often!

Lovely neighborhood bike shop that would rather reuse your old gear then sell you a new bike. I know very very little about bike mechanics and maintenance and often feel talked down to when I go into shops asking for advice. Not the case here! I felt welcomed and was taught a ton about my bike without being made feel like child. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been a loyal 20/20 customer for over ten years. I consistently get parts I can count on and excellent repair work for a reasonable price. Their advice is thoughtful and helpful. I’ve been a commuter in a few different cities and this is the best bike shop I’ve come across.

Horrible experience.. my husband and I went in this bike store looking for some parts. Keep in mind, we were browsing at that point, hadn’t purchased anything just yet. My husband has been biking for a long time. He asked for a use for the bathroom but the staff said bathroom is for customers only. My husband is a customer, just hasn’t purchased anything. We dress like a normal person and not just asking for a bathroom use. I guess you have to pay upfront for an item to use their bathroom. We never been to this store and our friends have been coming here for years and recommended us to come but now this happened we will never come back. Horrible customer service!
