My daughter is getting into the BMX world and I know nothing to little about everything needed and required. Drew has been extremely helpful since day one. We came in looking for a full face helmet that was required for her to race. He didn’t have one at the time and referred us to another shop that carried them. Since then we have brought our bike in to 501 for parts swaps and new parts. He even straightened a bent rim I had. Everything has been a great value and the customer service is exceptional.

Store staff was very friendly and courteous. The prices were very honest and realistic. Extremely reasonable on prices unlike other locations that wanted 3x more for an easy fix. His opinion on what to expect or moniter for a future upgrade or repair is also very professional and honest. We need more shops like this. Full of honesty and not trying to just rip you off. I'm very happy to have had my 3 bicycles serviced there and will come here for all my bicycle needs.

I'm was visiting late December from AZ, we brought our mountain bikes down to ride with the family and my nephew's bike ended up being broken beyond a quick fix. The boys were heart broken because all they've wanted to do was ride together. We looked online to see if we could rent one and ended up calling Drew at 501. I explained to him what happened and wanted to see if he had a bike for rent. He did not but he personally had his own Specialized medium sized bike that was perfect. He said give him a few hours to tune it up and we could use it. No fees, no waivers, he was just stoked that we wanted to get out and ride. Drew completely save the day and helped the boys create priceless memories together. I cannot be appreciative enough for his kindness. We had a friend also needing a quick repair the next day so we sent him to Drew as well. He got him in and out in a few hours. Thank you again!

Great bike shop with incredible staff. They really took their time and helped my little brother get comfortable and be safe on his new bike. We’ve had them fix 4 of our family’s bikes so far and I would go to anyone else. They will earn your repeated business and respect each every visit.

So grateful for Drew and staff at shop..clean honest and professional. Me and wife went in to get a kids bike front wheel fixed fixed. Was done fast and at a price we could not believe!!!!!! Love our local business...owner. Merry X MAs Drew will be back soon ,,/
