Excellent service with the best receptionist, Rebecca! Super friendly, kind, professional and gave my 2 year old a truck to play with while we waited ☺️ Devin fixed our stroller tire so quickly and easily ( we brought our own replacement). Even put the slime in the tire for us! I had called just inquiring and they said yes to replacing my busted jogger stroller tire. And I came in straight away! Problem solved in less than 30 minutes from the phone call. Very grateful and appreciative! It's such a hard tire to replace for me and they did it so wonderfully! Highly recommend them for their genuine kindness and knowledge and professionalism!,

Came in for two new tires and tubes on my beach cruiser. Everyone there was very courteous and professional answered all my questions and even got the job done and returned my bike back to me within 24 hours even though they said it may be a few days because of the weekend coming up. Highly recommend this place for any of your bike repairs or needs and will definitely be back for a future business!

The guys that work here were so helpful to this single mom who stripped a bolt in her kids bike. I was trying to change the rear tire, don't judge! They replaced the bolt and loosened the other ones so I could do the rest myself and save face to my kid when he asks who fixed his bike 😅 Best customer service ever. Thanks guys, definitely coming back when it's time for an upgrade!

Fantastic experience! My family and I went here because we needed a new bike for our 6yo daughter. It's pretty close to Canyon Crest, where we live, and we were looking to support a local business that would offer personalized service. Richard welcomed us, listened to us, and shared his expertise with us. He was very knowledgeable and even had a good sense of humor. We purchased a great bike for our kiddo. She decided she wanted a basket. As we were talking about basket options Richard said that he was waiting on a delivery of additional baskets. We checked back the following day and indeed, the baskets were in stock and they hooked us up! I definitely recommend 951 Bikes!

I have to say this place is legendary honestly I had a great time getting help by Rick and talking to him, he gave me some really great tips to keep my bike updated.
