My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our first e-bikes from A&B. Our salesperson, Bryant, was attentive, courteous, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He and the mechanics made the extra effort to ensure that we were able to transport our bikes home safely. To top it all off, the sales prices were significantly lower than MSRP. I'd highly recommend A&B to anyone who appreciates quality products and services at a fair price.

Super knowledgeable and eager to help! I felt my bike was the wrong size for me after owning it for a year but after speaking with the staff and a within warranty tune-up, it's now prefect for me. They taught and showed me several different ways to set up ergonomics properly and how to care for it. The products can be pricey but all of it seems high quality and worth the money. 2 year warranty on their bikes has been worth the price for me.

I had a great experience with my new Trek purchase. Bryant did an excellent job answering all my many questions. I'm just now getting into biking and clearly Bryant has a lot of experience and knowledge. I was also impressed with the A & B Cycle's store. Wow, what a huge selection of bikes! Overall I'm happy with my purchase and the top notch customer service that I received. I will for sure be back.

During the height of the pandemic it was ever so tough to find a bicycle. I, of course, waited until late Spring to make an attempt to make my purchase. By then the specific bike I had chosen was not any where nearby. Finally after 2 days and 30+ phone calls I found the one I was searching for... 550 miles away. A&B was kind enough to hold on to it until I was able to make the journey from Witchita, KS to Springfield, MO. The customer service was exceptional. They were extremely helpful. And not that it does me any good they make lifetime adjustments to all bicycles they sell.

I have used A+B Cycle since 2003. They have been nothing but awesome. Extremely knowledgeable on all things bike related - but in a totally non-pushy way. While clearly the experts, I have also never experienced that bike-shop-condescending feeling/tone that you can sometimes experience elsewhere when you are out of town. Beyond their sales/service in the retail world of bikes - they are also incredibly good about supporting local cycling issues, events, rides and races. A+B Cycle consistently makes meaningful contributions to the SWMO cycling community. Still incredible service. ♥️🖤♥️🖤
