ACDCycles has brought a lot of fun to the Valley. Shane and his family are great people looking share that fun with everyone that steps foot into their shop. I found his shop online after doing a little research myself into the E-Moto industry and decided the RAWRR Mantis X was the model for me. I placed my order and a few days later, ACDCycles received a fresh batch of bikes which included my order. Shane was kind enough to offer to assemble my bike for me (these bikes come only partially assembled) and although I chose to take on the process myself, I find it very generous that he was willing to put his own labor into it at no additional cost. If you are still on the fence about this brand new shop, or the brand new Mantis X, let me share with you my top-notch customer service experience: A few days after bringing home my new bike, I noticed I was receiving an error code on the occasional ride. I let Shane know and he gave it his immediate attention. We made records of when the error would appear and Shane would relay the info directly to RAWRR. Shortly after trying to diagnose the issue, and a trip back to the shop to give it a thorough look, Shane submitted a warranty claim for a battery for me. Rawrr instead sent out a new bike. Yes, you read that right, an entire brand new bike with no questions asked. Shane had it to me within 2 days of letting me know this news, and was even so kind as to assemble it for me so I didn’t have to go through the entire process again. That is the definition of above and beyond, and I’m thankful I put my trust in this small business and the manufacturer. I will only recommend this shop to anyone who stops me on my rides and asks me where they can get one of these bad boys.

Love my rawr I got from acdcycles. It fits me perfect. So much fun for me and my kids. I also purchased my 2 year old an electric bike from them recently and I can get him off that thing!

Don’t normally leave reviews, but this e-bike was too good not to. I went with the talaria sting R MX 4. It’s a smooth ride and I have no complaints! Owners are super kind and helped me out. The kids love it too!
