I can’t say enough great things about this bike shop and its employees. Specifically, salesperson Philip was outstanding. From the moment I walked in the door, to every question I asked he respectfully answered, to the bike I selected along with a new bike rack, he went above and beyond. My transaction couldn’t have been more perfect. I now have a new favorite bike shop.

I got a new wheel and asked them to change the cassette and tire from my old one over to the new one. They put the directional tire on backwards and they did the rim tape like this. You will 100% get flats every single ride with rim tape that looks like this. I guess the wheel was cheap so that’s cool.

Best service in chesterfield. Had my daughters bick fixed. In and out the same hour. Zack the repair man made sure the bick was safe to ride. Great prices. No need to shop around very fair.

10/29/24 Update Against my better judgement, I gave these fools another chance. I biked to work today and noticed a slow leak in my rear tire (tube). I called the shop to see if they could swap the tube during my lunch break, they confirmed. Its just a tube swap, how bad could it be? I pumped up my tire and biked up too the shop. Upon arrival, the technician took my bike, and promptly popped my existing tube. He then proceeded to pop 3 more tubes. He then stated that the valves on their tubes were not long enough, and that I would need a valve extender, that unfortunately they did not have in stock. Frankly I have no idea how or why he popped so many tubes, and why he didn't just tell me I needed a valve extender from the jump? I was well aware of this fact, as I just had a tube swapped at Outpost last week (15 minute repair). After sitting at Agee's for an hour, I was then forced to walk my bike back to my office and told that I should come back tomorrow to get the bike fixed. I cannot stress this enough, avoid Agee's at all costs. Even for the most basic repair, I assure you there are better mechanics out there. Original Review I typically go to this shop for simple repairs as it’s 2 minutes from where I work. My most recent visit they charged $36 to replace a tube. Will not be returning ✌🏻

Recently bought a Domane ALR5 bike here. When I got home, I noticed a small plastic cover missing from the side. Salesman contacted Trek and got the tiny but very expensive part for me within a week at no cost to me. I will continue doing business here. Good selection, can order what they don't have. Love the bike!
