Alpine has the best customer service hands down, They always make me feel like I’m their top priority, no matter if it’s new tube or a complete bike purchase, the guys have hunted high an low for me when I couldn’t find the parts I needed, and always made sure I was 100% satisfied! John, Jake, Colin and Matt I greatly appreciate all you do for me and our community! Keep up the great work fellas!!!

The guys at Alpine helped us pick out the perfect bike for my daughter! They were very kind and patient with my kids. They suggested a larger size so we can use the bike for longer too saving $$$ I cannot recommend Alpine enough! We will always get our bikes, boards, and whatnot from them! Shop local!

They replaced the bindings on my cross country ski’s and when I returned the next day to get them I ended up buying new downhill ski’s and bindings, all at a great price.

Service Update: had an awesome experience coming in for 90 day service. They got me in quickly and did quality work on the bike. Awesome folks to work with! I rate John and the great folks at Alpine Cycles in Port Huron a solid 10 for the purchase of my Aventon Aventure. Communication was very responsive, friendly and accurate on product delivery timing. And they were very knowledgeable and collaborative with me during the entire sale process. Great experience so far!

I experienced the best customer service ever at Aloine Cycles. I bought an ebike and a bike carrier. The store associate installed a rack on the bike, put the bike carrier on my truck and made sure my bike was properly secured all while showing me what to do. Thank you Alpine Cycle.
