Great experience! I came in about a month ago close to closing time and the owner was super helpful and professional. I purchased a Schwinn bike at a great price. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a new bike.

My first visit went pretty good. I got a price of $30 to fix my flat tire. I would normally pay $20 but okay. Rode the bike home carefully and the next morning I woke up to the same flat tire. Took it back, explained the issue and they repaired it again. The following month I got another flat. I took it to the shop, and now they wanted to charge me $79! Told them you charged me $30 a month ago, and I had my receipt. Two days later, yep flat tire. Decent customer service in the beginning. But now I'm not a fan. Went back for the third time, I know. Andy and Drew were most helpful, customer service was great. Right after leaving my rear brakes was acting weird. I'll take it to my regular person going forward.

Good shop . I’ll be going back for my bike needs 🚴👍🏻👍🏻 Had a tune up , new brake pads and new chain service done at Andy’s.

Twice I used this shop and both times I was very pleased with the service. The first time was a tune-up and the second a repair of a flat tire. Both times the service was fast and friendly and I felt the price charged was fair. It's not an intimidating store where you feel as if you need to be in a biking outfit to be treated fairly.

Drew put a kick stand on my Granddaughter's bicycle & instead of bleeding me for money by repairing two broken bicycles for my Grandson he sold me a brand new bicycle lower then cost of repairing the two bikes. Not only that my grandson was struggling to ride the old bikes & Drew informed me they were too small for him. The children were thrilled with the addition of a kick stand & a proper sized new bicycle. They said it was the BEST DAY EVER!!! I would highly recommend Andy’s Cycle Center to fit every budget. They are Extremely knowledgeable, honest & friendly. Check it out you won’t be sorry.
