My experience here was fantastic! I haven’t rode a bike since I was a teenager, I know very little about them to be honest. The manager here was so knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt judged or uncomfortable - even when I needed help getting my bike out of the door lmao! It’s also important to me to shop local. The manager was knowledgeable on the family as well and just overall welcoming! Rode my bike to and from work today - I’m officially the coolest employee out of my of my office building 💅🏾. Will absolutely be raving about my experience here to my coworkers as well. Beyond happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Both Jacob and Chris were very customer oriented and helpful. There was one small problem with bike setup on my wife’s bike and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend their customer service and they have a wide selection of bikes

Great place , great staff. The manager and mechanics know a ton an can fix almost anything. Recently ordered all the parts to rebuild my bike and they did a great job !!

The best experience I could have had with getting my radpower E bike fixed. The employees are super friendly and informative and even helped me save money on replacement parts. The servicing is very reasonably priced and I had my bike fixed and back in my hands sooner than originally expected. Overall, great experience and I'm super happy to have my bike back and completely fixed!

I went in to get new tubes for my bike tires. After waiting a long but reasonable amount of time I got to the counter. After about 30 seconds of attention I was ignored for a conversation about a possible repair. After just standing and listening for a couple minutes I asked for my tires back since they stopped serving me. Tempe used to have shops who care, now all they care about is high dollar repairs and how to squeeze an extra $5 from every customer. Very disingenuous reply as well, bad business here
