From start to finish, they made sure I had all the information I needed to feel confident about purchasing my new Trek Fuel EX 5 bike. I recently visited Ascent Cycling with my kid's bike and was incredibly impressed by the service we received. Despite being a walk-in, the team took the time to help us by replacing two tires and two tubes. They didn't just fix the bike; they also engaged with my kid, showing him how everything was done and even letting him help. This experience made a huge impression on my curious kid and turned a simple bike repair into an educational and fun experience. I haven't seen a lot of bike stores in my area, but this one is nearby, and it is very well managed! Went in today to get my tire tuned, and they got it done in less than a few hours, and it was at a very reasonable price. I also decided to look around at some of the bikes, and they have a good stock of on brand bikes, including "Trek"! Anyone who's into bikes or needs a bike repair. I'd recommend coming here! Great service and environment.

If you're looking for a bike shop for repair, service, or purchase you wont beat Ascent Cycling. With a great selection of bikes, in-depth product availability, and knowledgeable staff - you would be doing yourself a great disservice going anywhere else. I was having some drivetrain issues and Ascent was able to take my bike in right away and get me back on the trail better than new in less than 15 minutes - so I didn't miss a beat. Truly impeccable service!
