I just purchased my second bike from Babylon Bike Shop! Mike the owner spent a great deal of time with me asking about how I ride, what I was looking for, my riding goals, and my budget. We both concluded that the Trek Domone was the bike for me. The shop didn't have my size, so it was ordered (on sale from Trek!) and quickly delivered to the shop, and all the extra 'toys' were installed (pedals, new shoes, power meter, computer holder). I scheduled a fitting with Mike and he spent over an hour making sure the bide fit just right. The entire staff was helpful, engaging, and friendly. It was a great experience! I highly recommend Babylon Bike Shop!

Babylon bicycle shop is a wonderful place for all of your biking needs. Just purchased a new bike for my son and we are very happy with the quality as well as the service from the employees. Michael, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make us very satisfied with our shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Bought our granddaughter a new Electra Loft today for her 11th birthday…Ryan was great and (so was Michael on the phone earlier). Very patient and showed us options and let her have lots of time to test ride. Beautiful bike and great experience. Recommend highly.
