Kioshi is the best when it comes to anything bikes. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was able to swap my handle bar for my mtb very quickly. Highly recommend this small shop in Glendale for anything bike related.

I shopped around for a bike tune up and stumbled upon Backroad Bicycles. The staff were up front and transparent on the phone. I found their prices to be reasonable and actually included a bit more than other shops nearby. I brought my bike in same day and it was inspected on the spot and tuned up with a few replaced parts in less than a day! On top of the quick service, the staff appraised my bike for me and even gave some advice about maintenance. I definitely recommend this shop, especially if you are pulling a bike out of storage and want to get it quickly back to full speed.

My go-to now for all bike repairs and purchases. Kiyoshi the owner is awesome, super knowledgeable, and his prices are more than reasonable. I prefer to support local small businesses, and bike shops like these are indispensable for cyclists. Go support Backroad Bicycles! It matters!

Backroad Bicycles is an excellent local bike shop. They have a solid selection of all types of bikes and e-bikes with super knowledgable and friendly service. Prices are reasonable for bikes, parts and accessories, as well as service. Very happy I found this shop and I love my new Marin mountain bike.
