As someone who has worked in bike shops, rides almost everyday, and appreciates knowledge and great service, this place is incredible. I live next to some very popular shops, but drive over 30 minutes to this location for the service. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and very kind. This is what bike shops should be!

The staff here are super friendly. I brought my bike in for a repair and they suggested getting a free warranty repair at another store. I am grateful to have such a nice local bike shop.

Jim and everyone at Battle Road Bikes are fantastic. I enjoy visiting their shop and seeing all their cool gear. Jim is friendly, extremely patient, and a total professional. I have had a few projects in the works and he has helped me in the nicest ways. Being new to the area, they also have fun events planned and are tapped into the community. All around awesome shop!

Great shop and owner. I've tried quite a few bike shops in the area and finally decided to try Battle Road. The folks who work there are incredibly knowledgeable about MTB parts and maintenance and won't ever try to scam you. Great shop, highly recommend!

The mechanics here are amazing. I thought I was good, keeping my Trek 5200 running every year for 23 years. I just got a tuneup at Battle Road and the bike now brakes and shifts like new and it is as quiet as it has ever been. Thanks guys!! I'll be back regularly.
