Visiting the area and SRAM shifters stopped working for no good reason. Hard to climb hills in one gear. Walked in off the street, Pete took the bike right away and Big Blue was up and running in perfect condition in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much for your expertise, for letting me watch the fix so I could learn something and getting me back in the saddle in no time.

I highly recommend Bedford Wheelhouse for buying, fixing or getting fitted for a bike. Pete is knowledgable, capable and kind. I have recommended him to many friends, who were very happy as well.

Excellent shop featuring a range of bicycles and equipment. Everything you need whether shopping as a family, new cyclist, commuter or racer. Pete runs the shop and applies great attention to detail when servicing bikes.

So nice to have a quality shop in the neighborhood! I brought my bike in because it had been making a strange clicking noise for some time. I tried several other shops first. They all made adjustments and sent me on my way, but they never corrected the problem. The owner of Bedford Wheel House diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. I was a worn crank. A half an hour later it was fixed. Problem solved, and I couldn't be happier!

Wonderful small business. I could not find a bike rental anywhere, however Bedford Wheel House had a rental bike for me to rent for a few days to go camping! So pleasant and they had a quality 2nd hand bike that was perfect! So happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this local small business!
