Great price for Al Mighty studded fat tires. Almost didn't buy from them as there are some fairly old poor reviews though it's very mixed. Price seemed almost too good. Decided it would probably be fine. Item shipped quickly. Easy to contact them when I had a question. Recent reviews look fine and I would certainly order from them again.

August 17th 2024 Today I received the BellSuper Air R Spherical MIPS Helmet I ordered last week. It was packaged well and came New & complete as ordered. Thank you for your help ordering Medium, the proper head size as I was high for small and low for medium. It fits properly. The cost was lower than other outlets. Your service was great. I ordered some tires that apparently were on backorder. I was contacted by Niel who asked me when I needed the tires. After our discussion, he arranged to have them direct shipped to me so I would have them on time. He followed up with an email and tracking. This was above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

Bicycle Buys personnel is very attentive, I wrote to them after placing the order just to confirm the goods will be shipped as this was the only place where I could find my Giro Visors as they do not manufacture nor sell anymore anywhere else. I received a quick reply on the following day, that gave me the tracking number and I received the items in the original packaging and in perfect conditions few days after. Great customer service. Fast shipping. Had an issue after placing my order in the middle of the night. I emailed them and they replied back like 15 minutes after they opened! He fixed the issue and all is good! Will always check them first when looking for something.
