I recently had an outstanding experience at The Bicycle Doctor in Bunnell, FL. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. Without an appointment, Mr. Guy promptly fixed my nephew’s Trek Farley 5 Fat Bike in just minutes and even enhanced it by adding an extension to the handlebar. My nephews were thrilled, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. A big thank you to Trevor and his team for their excellent work!

Another Happy Customer!! Best bike shop in the area. I came in for some air for my tires today and the customer service was great. Not only did I get the air I needed, the person working fixed my bike stems FREE of charge. I will definitely be back to this professional bike shop again. They found a faithful customer today!

Way too many shops have snobby/grumpy staff, which makes it difficult to do business as a new customer. NOT these guys. They were very accommodating with me as I navigated the decision-making process of buying a new bike. Their patience and positive attitude made all the difference. Thanks again for the customized setup. I got a great product for a fair price which definitely made it worth the drive.

I’ve purchased 3 bikes over the years and couldn’t be more satisfied with the purchases, including the service after the sale. I just had my 25 year old Trek serviced and they refurbished it to like new condition, all at a reasonable cost. The staff is always friendly, fast & efficient. I heartily recommend the Bicycle Doctor for your next new bike purchase or service on your existing bike.

We can't thank this place enough for going above and beyond to fix the front tire of our doggy stroller. It was not a typical, easy fix but the crew here took their time and improvised with their tools to fix it up fast... Making my baby boy super happy.
