Bought my bike there 3 years ago, and I have been taking my bike for tune ups and repairs. They do a great job and quick as well! Most recently, I brought the bike in during Christmas week, and I was done in less than a week.

First I only came here, because my mechanic was here, but now everyone has grown on me. They're knowledgeable, helpful, kind, offer grace and compassion, if one employee doesn't know something, they refer you to an employee that does. If they don't have a part in stock, they get it from one of their other locations or order it. There's almost nothing too big or too small for this team. Bicycle Habitat is experienced with handling warranties and I've had bikes and parts quickly replaced thanks to the retail specialists. Yesterday I went in 3 times on a busy Saturday, and several different BHPS employees made sure I was being helped along with all the families. I have a carbon road bike that I bought here and a steel fixed gear commuter that I bought somewhere else and I bring them both to be serviced here, because I appreciate the level of care and communication that goes into making sure all my bikes are safe and at their peak performance for how I ride them. I recommend this community bike shop to all.

Surprised this place has such strong reviews. I went in for a seat clamp and they couldn't shoo me out the door fast enough. I get that they don't sell the part separately but they could have made a sale if they showed me the complete seat post with bracket. Probably a great place if you are dropping $3K on a bike.

Walked in and got a quick brake repair the same day. Customer service was excellent. My bikes smooth ride home proved the work was too!
