Great experience! Love my Stumpjumper 15! Dave and his team (Adan, Sean, and Richard) were great! They worked with me on sizing and explaining the working of the bike. Excellent knowledge base and great customer service!

I had a great experience at Bicycle Heaven with the purchase of a Tarmac SL8 Pro. Jesse was awesome! He answered all my questions and kept in touch regularly as the bike and other parts were coming in to be assembled. I'm blown away by this bike. Jesse and Bicycle Heaven made it possible and couldn't have been more friendly. Highly recommend this place!

This place rocks. Got my first mountain bike from this place and have had an awesome experience. From my first visit, to the few more I've made after the purchase, these guys have been on point. Being a novice I was hesitant but these guys make you feel welcome and they know their stuff. They set me up with a sweet bike and answered all my questions (and still do). The guy I talked to initially, Sean, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted out of a mountain bike and he found multiple options that they had available. Sean thoroughly explained the pros and cons of hardtail vs full suspension as well as a ton of other stuff that sounded like a foreign language (but makes sense now). I trusted the pros and I was not disappointed. I ended up with a Chisel Comp. They got it fully setup and optimized for my weight and did a tubeless tire upgrade for me. I took it out same day and was blown away by how awesome the ride was. 10/10 for these guys. ALSO to anyone reading these reviews who has never worked in a service/sales position, when you are dealing with professionals who have vast amounts of experience and knowledge, you are NOT just paying for the product. You are paying for their knowledge and time. That's important and often gets overlooked so keep that in mind. Keep supporting small and local business!

Outstanding experience, I was seeking a light for night riding and had an idea of what I wanted. Jesse greeted me within a few seconds of walking in the door. Asked if he could point me in the right direction or if I had any questions. I stated I was seeking lights for night trail riding. Recommend exactly what I was looking for (Outbound Lighting Trail EVO). Spoke about the benefits and sent me into a dark room to demo. Needless to say, I walked out an hour later with my needs satisfied. Jesse, a customer, and mechanic made me feel at home and as though they had known me for years. I highly recommend Bicycle Heaven, exceptional experience in every way!!
