I could not be happier with my experience today. I took my son to Springfield (1.5 hour drive) to find him a slightly nicer bike and was becoming disheartened to learn that every shop was well out of our price range. When we got here we were greeted by the nicest guy who helped my son find a bike to fit his height and our budget. And when my son was overwhelmed and scared because the recommended bike was too big he gave us our space and didn't guilt me for having a spoiled brat or my son for having a tough time with being scared in front of people he didn't know. Straight up 10/10

Always impressed with this place. Staff is super friendly and they will get you set up with whatever you need no matter where you ride. So many great trails in the area now and it is great to have a shop like this to help keep you moving. We were in and out in a couple of minutes this morning and they even installed the part for me so I didn't have to stop back by the house.

I need to take a moment and brag on this bike shop and this crew. I recently purchased a 2020 Scott Addict RC 15. Not only it is a beautiful bike, the experience and service were phenomenal. This is the second bike I've purchased from Bicycle Outlet. The first being a Lauf True Grit gravel bike, also an amazing bike. The entire team at BO always go above and beyond. I've not only experienced it personally, but I've also witnessed it time and time again with other customers in the shop. Tim, Tyler, Austin and Stu...they are cycling Rock Stars all around! If you're looking for a bike, need service, or just have questions, this team will have you covered. Or you have all of the above covered and just want to ride, they even host a weekly ride on Monday nights. Check them out, you'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience here! I was a walk-in with a desk cycle that I hadn’t assembled correctly. The two gentlemen, Tim and Kovac(sp?), fixed everything for me at a fabulous price! They are superb mechanics and generous human beings. Come here—you’ll be delighted!
