First experience with Bicycle Tech and it was great. I brought my road bicycle in for routine service and repair - Scott was very friendly, clear in describing the process/work that would be done and was precise in how he collected information and handled my bicycle. The work was completed super fast and my bicycle was perfectly cleaned, repaired and has operated flawlessly for the first 50 miles of riding. I highly recommend Bicycle Tech.

Rich is great to deal with. Bought a mountain bike from him about 10 years ago but haven't ridden in a while due to a bad back. Spoke to him about what I was looking for and he immediately picked out the style for me. When I picked it up he already had the seat and handle bar height all set up. Great bikes, fantastic customer service.

If your looking for a new bicycle shop look no further. Bicycle tech is the only place to go. Ritchie & his staff are very friendly knowledgeable & professional.I brought my trek ds bikes in for service and they did a great job. they even cleaned the sprockets & derailleurs like brand new. My girlfriend & I also purchased 2 trek ds + 2 electric bikes. They ordered them and we got them very quick and they are so much fun to ride especially on the trails.We're very happy with our new bikes. We're customers for life. I needed help with my daughters new bike. I paid for a service to come to my home and put together her new bike. They messed up real bad and I took the Bike to this location. The gentlemen in the shop were great. They fixed my daughters bike to perfection and were very knowledgeable.
