I was in the market for a triathlon bike. Being a newbie I had no idea what I needed so I trusted Eric. After a long fitting session, we had the perfect bike set up for me. Ilene is super nice and hardworking. She also makes great cookies. I’m a customer for life! Thank you Bicycle World

What an incredible experience! The only mistake I made was not coming to see them SOONER! Fitting was awesome with a ton of attention to every detail. As a new rider I now have the confidence and COMFORT to finally enjoy my bike! So grateful for the patience and time spent. THIS IS THE ONLY BIKE SHOP I WILL EVER GO TO! Thank you!🏆🙏🚴

Eric is top notch. Customer service is five stars and the baked goods are check out get another five stars! Did bike cleat fit and now can’t wait for my new bike to come in and be fitted! Eric really takes his time to ensure all is perfect.

i have bought 3 bikes over the past 20 years from Bike world, and referred many friends as well. i have never felt anything but extreme satisfaction with each purchase, and more importantly, with their mechanical and fitting services. the personal touch and care is exceptional and hard to find these days. i always trust the work they do for my bike. i also like that they do not sell "cookie cutter" mass-produced bikes. I don't want to ride the exact same high-volume bike that all the other shops sell. Every bike shop out there that sells high ends bikes claims they are "master bike fitters", but Eric, the owner, is a true expert and anatomist. his encyclopedic knowledge of anatomy and how each measurement and adjustment affects the whole riding experience is beyond compare. I am a physician and his knowledge of anatomy and function is off the charts. he has fixed at least 2 nagging pain points for me from prior bikes/fittings and extended my ability to ride by at least 20+ years. The biggest reason I had a great experience recently at Bicycle World, is that my persistent tire issues were properly fixed. Two other shops down here in southern Westchester had failed (my Trek hybrid is 22 years old but still very serviceable!). The other reason I'm very happy, is that the tuneup done there was excellent. I've had a chance now to have taken two long rides, and shifting and braking are absolutely perfect! I wasn't in the store very long but during the wandering around I did do, I noted that the prices for accessories and clothing were reasonable. And finally the folks there were all very nice. All in all I couldn't be happier, and knowing that there's good "ground support" out there I can now ride more :)
