Expert service. Top mechanics. VERY knowledgable. Scott will listen to your bike issues and offer highly professional advice. His and his team's wrench work is 2nd to none. Also they know high-end Specialized bikes very well.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Their repairs are of the highest quality, all while being completed in a timely, fair priced, and honest manner. They will not try to oversell you on things you don’t need. You simply just don’t get this kind of service and knowledge with big chain bike shops. Bring your bike here!

I went here with my son, such quick service. It took 7 minutes for my bike to be fixed and it had excellent customer service. It was very affordable and I highly recommend this shop to anyone else. Will come again!

I recently brought my bike in for repairs. I hadn't used it in 10 years and was not sure of how much longer it would last These folks did a great job in tuning it up and making it like new again. Everybody I met there was courteous, helpful and really knew there stuff. Special thanks to Cooper who worked with me through the entire process. I think if a new business every wanted a template to follow, spend some time with Bicycles Plus, they are terrific and really take time in helping their customers.

I had an issue getting new tires to seat for my tubeless setup. Brought them in and was up and running the next day after it was determined the valve stems just needed to be replaced. I went to put air in a day later and the rear tire completely collapsed with a hole around one of the spokes where the tape gave out. I went back to Bicycles Plus and they took care of the issue within an hour, re-taping both the front and rear wheel for the cost of the tape.
