I highly recommend Big City Bikes! The whole team is kind, honest, and welcoming every time I come in. Just wrapped up a build with their help (putting on some snazzy fenders), thanks again Brad! I appreciate this shop’s dedication to quality and non-gatekeepy attitude. If you need a local bike shop in Chicago, Big City should be at the top of your list.

Adam was super helpful and knowledgeable and didn't rush or try to sell me. He took the time and answered all my questions, offered his own insight, and helped me pick the best ebike for me. I cannot recommend big city bikes enough!

Brad, Adam, and the whole team at Big City Bikes provide expert opinions and excellent service. After the Abound was out of stock for a few weeks, Brad gave me a call to let me know when it came in. After I bought it, they assembled it right away and gave me a comprehensive course on the ins and outs of the bike. Even offered to help install the accessories as they were shipped to me and helped with some brake trouble a couple weeks later. This kind of service is exactly what I was hoping for when I chose to buy an e-bike from a local shop instead of purely online. I'll be coming back when my husband's e-bike envy gets the best of him!

It's been over a year since purchasing my single speed Fyxation Pixel ST from Big City Bikes and I couldn't be happier. My bike was assembled here, upgraded, and customized with a third-party pedal assist, all with no major issues thanks to Brad's technical expertise. Always impressed with what they have in stock!
