We have purchased five bikes from Bike America and been back several times for service, advice and accessories. We’ve had incredibly friendly and helpful service. Recently, I ordered bike lights and reflectors online for my kids for Christmas. Upon pick up in-store, the type I ordered was out of stock and they upgraded us to some worth double the price I paid and wouldn’t accept my offer to pay the difference. They go above and beyond. We would have bought the wrong type and size bikes over the years if we purchased from a big box store or giant online retailer. We love supporting our local, independent bike shop and hope for many years to come.

Charlie is awesome! I brought my E-bike to multiple shops that said they wouldn't touch it. He took one look and said, I got you. An hour later he had it ready. 20/10 recommend!

Nothing worse than going back on your word. After 8 years of getting lifetime annual tuneups I have been told that I cannot and was not supposed to be getting them. Will never go back to them. That was one of the benefits. I have had great experiences up til now but that’s it for me.

I had an awful experience trying to get an estimate from a competitor up the road and I ended up calling Bike America and Charlie gave me the ballpark estimate that I was looking for and time frame and he said bring it in and had me taken care of in literally 10 minutes!!! All my bike business will go to o these guys.

We have purchased 2 bikes now from Bike America. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are they knowledgeable and so easy to talk to, but so patient and helpful!!! Both of the gentlemen that helped my 9-year-old purchase her bicycle with her own money treated her with such an amazing level of kindness and gave her some very good pointers as she gains confidence in riding. We will be customers for life.
