  I ask the owner(I assume)to replace the tire and/or Inter tube on a bike i pulled out of storage. He handed me an air pump and told me to check the tire to see if it holds air.. the pump he gave me was different then a regular bike pump in its functionality .. I ask him to show me how to attach the pump to the inter tube and he insisted that he take over Set the pump aside and asked me what I wanted to pay him to fix the bike I replied with well let’s first see if it holds air because I may not even need repairs if so He ask me what I would pay him to do it.. I replied and I ask him what he would charge me to put air in the tire he said he wants $20 for him to operate this manual air pump(Just to check the condition of the tire) (Which is clearly insane ) He says it take time and time isn’t free and he has lots of work to do The man was sitting outside when I walked up not even working I disagree to pay him to check the status of my tire and he say he’s done with it and turns my business away As I am outside writing this review he comes out ask me what I do foe a living and if I would do it for free.. I told him I’m fine and I would go else where He lost a potential $50 or more service all because he didn’t want to instruct me on how to use his bike pump (which was not your standard pump from target and the nozzle wasn’t fitting on my inter tube ) Any average person knows how to pump air into a tire but his pump didn’t have regular functionality and he knew it I hope this wasn’t a race thing and the guys is a jerk to everybody but I don’t recommend coming to his shop !

  Unique location with a vast selection of bikes. It's always a pleasure stopping in and speaking with the infamous and legendary Jackie Green. Owner has been around for years and truly cares about the biking community and supports the City of Louisville's effort to become a more sustainable and bike-friendly community. Service is fast, inexpensive and they are extremely knowledge on how to repair many different brands of bikes. Very helpful crew. Thank you. They also have a great selection of bike for sale. If you visit, you must check out the bike cellar....it's one of a kind and a really awesome experience.

  Shout-out to Mr Jackie Green at Bicycle Courier's Bike Shop. Jackie put brand new racing slicks and tubes, and rim tape, on both my wheels, adjusted the true and the brakes, so that my 1989 Schwinn Letour feels like a perpetual motion machine. Jackie charged me a very affordable fee, and he gave me a cucumber that I suspect he grew himself. Louisville is blest with a number of good bike shops, but there's something special about Jackie's place down on First and Market. I'm fairly mechanical myself, so it's not often that I know indulge myself with professional service. But when I think about what's riding on my tires, there's no peace of mind like that which comes from having had my "wheel" looked after by a maven like Jackie.

  Jackie was so helpful getting me started after I hadn’t ridden in a long time. I feel confident making the switch to my bike being my main mode of transportation! I got a used bike with accessories for a great price and he even screwed in my water bottle holder for me before I left. I also feel good about buying from someone who cares about our community. I will definitely be back if I have any bike related needs!

  Bike Couriers Bike Shop is great. The work fast and good. And they ere not trying to get reach in one job. They are very professional. They fixed my ebike tire and tube turned it to its new state as before
