Jay was ama,ing he took my son's bent rim and changed it for us in one day. He found the rim in their supplies. Super happy with the work. Such a great job done. 😀

Worked on my new e bike. No problem , price about same as others locally. Seemed like a nice guy but not one you want to disrespect. Many group bikers should leave their attitudes at home.

I wish I could rate them zero stars. They don’t deserve one! So this review is for ZERO stars. Dropped off my son’s Spider-Man bike that he rode once to get a new tube for his tire. Went away and returned to the store about a month later to be told they “threw out” my son’s bike. My son was so upset. They could have called me as I’ve gone here for years! They have my phone number. So disappointed. They obviously sold the bike and pocketed the cash. Please don’t support this business as they are not honest people. Businesses like this are not welcome in this great town.

Owner has very poor customer service and doesn't care for long time customers and is also overpricing. I went in to check on a rim repair, I was told it couldn't be repaired, but was quickly pitched the purchase of a new rim for over $80 plus $20 to put the tire back on. Keep your rim and your charm....won't be going back.

I came in with no idea of what I wanted and after talking for a couple of minutes, Jay was able to push me in the right direction. He helped me find the accessories that I needed to keep mine and my family’s rides safe. He was incredibly friendly the entire time and really made this an incredible experience
