The team at Bike Doctor took very good care of me on the repair and servicing of a bike I purchased used from a private seller. I'm am a complete novice and they patiently helped, explained, and guided me to the correct repairs. I am very pleased with their service and most importantly their professional support of this rookie. A giant thanks to the whole team.

I’ve purchased FOUR bikes from Bike Doc Bel Air and gotten countless services from them. Like a fine wine, they keep getting better with age! Too many praises to give. Top notch service, first and foremost, no high pressure sales, they invested in the cycling community and invested in my optimal outcomes. Danial, Sean, Fred, and the rest of the gang know me by pretty well at this point, and I very much appreciate that small business vibe. I’ve gotten 4 bikes from them so far and I’m sure imma get more! They have my loyalty. They fixed my failed attempts at installing my dropper post, have warrantied out a few parts, have told me what to replace on my own that i can handle, and frankly. I can just drop by, and chat. It's the center of the bike community IMO! There are some great humans that work there that want nothing else except for me to be happy riding bikes! Good times great people!

The staff and bike selection was great. I was able to get all my questions answered which made me feel extremely confident that I made the right bike selection. The staff even offered to expedite a new build to allow me to have a better comparison, which wasn’t needed after I quickly made my decision. I would highly recommend Bike Doctor, and look forward to working with the team again as I explore this new journey.

Tim and Tom, amazing techs and service. Bravo. The owner Dan was awesome as well, very personable, he was right there with the other tech giving guidance and working alongside him, a true leader. They replaced my tire, and fixed the things I assembled wrong with no additional charge other than the front brake, which they got working. I could not recommend this place more, very great staff and management. All before my short work break even ended! I’d give them six stars out of five if I could. Y’all just made a life long customer.
