Newer to mountain biking and got a secondhand specialized bike that I brought in a few months back. Jim took the time to answer any & all questions I had about it at my tune up which I appreciated. Great value for the tune up, knowledgeable team, and friendly service! I’ve been riding this bike to work everyday since. Definitely will be back! Thanks Bike Emporium!!

My husband and I rented two hybrid bikes for a week. We rent bikes often when we travel and these were above average quality. Great service too. Will use Bike Emporium next time we visit Scottsdale.

Jim the owner of Bike Emporium was fantastic! Our company rented 14 bikes for our volunteer event, Jim was great with communication throughout the process. He arrived early to set up and stayed until the end proving to be invaluable and attentive in ensuring that the riders were well-equipped. We were very happy with the bike rental experience and plan to use them again for this yearly event. I would highly recommend Bike Emporium, not only the service was great, but the prices were reasonable than the other bike rentals out there!

Rented an EvoSix road bike for a weekend trip. Availability, price, service was all great! The bike was a dream! What a way to see all the beauty of Scottsdale! Thanks for making the weekend super memorable!

First time renting from them and it went very smoothly. Rental for 4 days is same as 7 - which is a little odd but since we were renting for 7 days it was reasonable. We will definitely rent from them again
