- Great customer service - Title says it all. I was in need of a Bottom Bracket ASAP. Called Bike King Cycling not knowing they were closing sooner than I’d be able to get there. The gentlemen on the phone told me to come anyways. Lo and behold, he was still there. Btw, this guy knows his bikes. He was able to know exactly what I needed with the little info I had. Part fit perfect and fit what it’s worth, the price very reasonable, especially considering, that I was able to get it same day. Store seemed well stocked. The gentlemen (who I assume was the owner) provided a quality, personal service that you don’t seem get much more of these days. I will look here first for any future bike needs.

I can see why a lot of people say this person is rude and unprofessional. Stopped by to see if the store may have a part like a small specific screw for my electric scooter and the guy was plain nasty even when I’m trying to explain the screw I need that he may have in the store. I tried to show him the scooter so he can see what I’m saying and he tells me I have to remove the battery form the scooter. The battery is inside the scooter you can’t just remove it. If it’s electric and not from his store forget it. It seems he has an issue with things not sold in his store, especially electric bikes and scooters. I’m trying to give you business and you still blow it. By the way that’s the second time in 3 years going to that store and again same attitude. You’re going to drive yourself down if you don’t change how you speak to people. Sorry you’re like that.

I asked ED to do full service of my daughter's bike. I am was charged $ 65. Here how it looks like (see images - nice clean up right?). He changed $25 to fix the front wheel bend/wobble. But he did nothing. Terrible customer service. They will NOT get any new bikes in stock till mid next year. Just saying, honesty and quality are more important to a business. You are in this business for more than 10 years. I am sure you know better than me. Pls don’t rob your customers.

"I had a very disappointing experience at this bike shop. I brought in my bike, which I purchased on a reliable website,, for a standard repair that had nothing to do with the electrical components. However, the shop refused to work on it simply because it was an e-bike and an internet purchase. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service." I learned real fast through YouTube how to adjust my own gears. That is the only thing I wanted done ! really you had to be jerk ! Go else where

About a year and a half ago I bought a used road bike from Ed at Bike King. Since the gyms closed in March due to COVID I have been riding a lot and have needed several maintenance stops at bike king. Ed has always been extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and has never tried to "upsell" anything to me. He has always been professional and goes the extra mile to help keep me safe and increase my bike awareness. Would totally recommend and have to family and friends, who have also been very happy with their experiences at Bike King
