I was blessed with bicycles to give to kids. The staff quickly put the bikes together for me, I even came back because one bike would have been too small for one of the children. They helped me select another bike to purchase and the price was the same as you would find at a box store. Their prices are awesome, but the customer service is beyond what you would expect.

Bike Line has been my local bike shop for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Owner takes time to meet you and understand your needs, not like the larger chain bike shops. Large inventory and repairs completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Awesome customer service. The sales staff took their time, did not hurry me, and were very knowledgeable. They showed me a number of different style bikes until I found one that fit me. The price was right, too. I checked online and Bike LIne of Middletown beat the online prices. I am glad I went there.

Excellent business. I brought in my son’s Balance bike that I destroyed in trying to fix and they rebuilt the back wheel in a couple of hours so it could be ready for us before we left for vacation. Friendly, helpful staff and fairly priced. Highly recommended!!!
