Sitting I this chair and parking lot for hours got here at 10am to just have new handle bar tape put on and it’s now 5pm. Nobody came up to me to ask me anything except the older gentleman who started working on my bike to let me know he was having a little trouble with the blip shifters and the thickness of the tape in which he was very kind and professional. But 7hrs for bar tape come on

I rode my Trek Verve 2 for a few hours on that VERY SAME DAY (day & night ride) and it was WELL worth a new investment!! Thank you for ALL the recommendations! Richard (“Rich”) was a HUGE help too on the delivery regarding “unloading” on my new purchase - Trek Verve 2, as well as “loading” my former bike (Urban Voyager, 21 Speed / Blue) for donating. Great service! They throughly go through everything you're looking for. Make sure it's fitted to your body type and any accessories that may be needed. I highly recommend it.

Richard, Hannah, and Graham, have all been sensational with their level of expertise, assistance, and kindness. I cannot truly express my gratitude for the level of care that Richard especially has put forth in not just assisting me with my purchase, but in his continued care for my bike and wellbeing. He helped me every step of the way. Him and Hannah saw the goal I had in mind, and helped to make it a reality. The joy I have as I ride my bike, is in no small part due to all of their efforts. I am blessed to have met Richard, Hannah, and Graham. They are awesome, and I'll be coming back to Richardson Bike Mart because of them.

I went out of my way to go to Richardson Bike Mart and I’m glad I did. Their bike selection is great, but more importantly everyone I dealt with there was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I rode several bikes before deciding on the one and was encouraged to do so. I always felt like they had my best interest in mind and wanted me to get the right bike for me regardless of price. I visited three times before choosing. I highly recommend this place if you want a bike. No one works for commission, they just want you to be happy and I definitely am. Great prices as I got my bike on sale. You won’t be disappointed
