Incredible selection, knowledgeable staff, dedicated service department… Davis helped me find the perfect bike rack and kept me informed the entire time my bike was being serviced. He also showed me step by step how to install it and load and secure all 3 bikes! Highly recommend

Bike Mart is definitely the best bike shop for experts and beginners. They have excellent customer service and every person there is extremely knowledgeable. They don’t upsell just because they can and will get you set up with everything you need. Kevin was extremely helpful.

Phenomenal customer service! I can’t stress this enough! We had an e-bike/rack problem that damaged our bike. They went above and beyond and repaired everything, at no cost to me…unbeknownst to all of us, the rack was not rated for our application. It’s rare to have a company that actually takes ownership of anything, much less everything!

This resource was invaluable for someone new to the area, helping me quickly get acquainted with the best cycling routes. Custom Bike Building Experience The highlight of my experience at BikeMart has been the custom building of my bikes. After a long wait for a Dogma Pinarello from another company, Tyler and his team at BikeMart worked their magic. The result was a beautifully built bike that exceeded my expectations. Thrilled with their work, I didn't hesitate to order a matching gravel version, built in the same impeccable style. Their building service's skill and attention to detail are indeed a 12/10. Responsive and Expert Service Their exceptional service keeps me returning to BikeMart, especially when dealing with specific and complex needs related to my cycling hobby. The team, including JP, Mark, Pete, Tyler, Davis, and others, consistently go above and beyond. A notable instance was when I faced an issue with my SRAM Red Etap. JP tackled the problem with expertise, even utilizing a part from my Grevil bike to get my Dogma up and running again. This level of problem-solving and customer service is rare and highly appreciated.
