I purchased an inexpensive bike from Walmart for my daughter's birthday last Summer, and one pedal had fallen off within a month of purchase. I procrastinated and never brought it back for exchange or return. Now it's almost Spring and my daughter needs a working bike! Today I called Bike Masters and was told to stop by anytime. I promptly came into the store, and they not only fixed the pedal on the spot, but did it free of charge. They even replaced a missing tire valve cover and offered to air the tires up. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and will definitely be returning!

Bike Masters is an awesome bicycle store! Jonny got my bike setup to perfection and I'm very pleased with this! I definitely recommend to anyone who's interested in purchasing or getting your bike setup, come to this place! The staff are great people and I had a pleased experience and learned a lot about bikes. Thanks!

Fantastic service. Quick turn around on repairs. Great selection. Knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. And, I'm cannot say this enough, fantastic service. 10/10 do and will continue to recommend.

I stopped into Bike Masters to attach a tricycle wheel to a radio flyer tricycle. My husband assembled it, but one of the bolts was stripped and Bike Masters helped us out right away! Thanks very much Bike Masters!🚵

Aaron in the workshop was very helpful explaining the details of my purchase. I also worked with Jeff in front to find a bike for my 6yr old. He immediately took me to bikes that would last him for several years as he grew. As soon as my son grows an inch or two we will be back to work with them. I have not visited any other shop that has the knowledge or support
