Bike Masters on Ray Road (Ahwatukee) is a great store! I was referred to this location from the store manager of Bike Masters Gilbert (Eddie). Eddie understood I was going to make a significant investment into a new road bike and I should be professionally fit (a 3hr process). He could have easily recommended a bike and kept my sale in his store, but he did the right thing. He explained that Ahwatukee is the only Bike Masters location with both the equipment AND the Road Race Professional in store. After working with Patrick, Carlos and Dylan at the Ahwatukee store, I love my new S-Works Tarmac SL8 with a Dura-Ace group set (the Best, right Carlos😎🚴🚴). The team treated me like a regular the minute I walk in the store. While I love my new bike, I truly value the new friends I have at both Chandler/Ahwatukee and Gilbert Bike Master locations. The new bike market is very competitive right now and I can not recommend my team, both location, any higher. If you’re in the market, give Bike Masters a look, it will be worth your time!

Super happy with our experience here. We stopped in on a whim while we were in the area after seeing the shop online. The only "downside" is they were so easy to work with and attentive we walked out with 2 bikes instead of 1.

Great customer service! Great pricing! It was an enjoyable experience and I left with a brand new fully accessorized bike within about an hour! I have had my bikes serviced there a few times over the years and they were always, helpful, honest and kind! GO TO Bike Masters Ahwatukee! You won't be sorry!

I didn't end up purchasing a bike here but they deserve a 5 star review. I went to 4 different bike shops and this one had the best customer service. They only carry Specialized bikes and in the end that's not what I wanted. I found a different shop with more selection. I wish they carried more bike brands.

So easy to work with and do a great job! I always go here for my repairs and maintenance. Fixed her up like new!
