Super friendly customer service. Our boys just started off with their new bikes and needed helmets. Taylor was very knowledgeable and helped us get us the right helmets without trying to "sell us". He also made us feel welcome listened. We will return with all our bike needs.

I "found" bike masters thru specialized as I was having an issue with my eBike. Despite the holidays, I got my bike back within a week. Taylor - the mechanic - was very courteous and explained what he had done and that the bike had no other issues. Excellent customer service, easy communication, knowledgeable, and honest, I highly recommend this LBS. Thank you to Travis, Taylor, and Bike Masters - East Mesa.

I brought my Specialized Turbo Creo, that I purchased 4 years ago, at the “only dealer”that had one at that time, to Bike Masters East Mesa for its first tune up and to update software. I’m a winter guest so only ride 5 month while here, so had 2000 miles on it. I dropped it off, they told me it would be $200 and be a few days. They called 2 days later, so I head up to retrieve it. When I get there the bill was $75. I asked them why and they said it was in really good shape and didn’t need much. My impression is that they are very friendly and honest.

I came to this location from out of state to get a few things ready on my bike after flying with it. The shop could not have been more friendly or more helpful. If I was a local, this is where I would go for all of my bike related needs. 10/10 would recommend!
