I originally went to another bike shop, and they told me it would take a week to fix my issue. (It was a relatively simple issue with the break pads rubbing on the front wheel). Not wanting to wait that long, I decided to check out Bike Sultan, and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Joe, was incredibly hands-on and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. His expertise and customer service were top-notch, and I could tell he genuinely cares about getting riders back on the road as quickly as possible. If you need fast, reliable, and professional service, Bike Sultan is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’d love to sincerely thank the owner of this local bike shop Joe for assisting me in finding a right bike rack for my new car! First I was trying to find it online, then looked at some local shops, but it was very overwhelming with all the choices. When we contacted Joe, he made it very easy by explaining all pros and cons of all the options and selected exactly the one that addressed all the requirements to match my bicycles with the right rack that fits my car. Was new to the world of biking and these guys were knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. They helped me select a bike in my price range and took time to answer all my questions. Never felt pressured during the sales and gained a wealth of knowledge during the process. I'd highly recommend this bike store to all and I will surely be back for future needs!

Joe provided excellent customer service to my husband and I and he refurbished one of our bikes and sold us another that was just perfect for what we were looking for as we are getting back into this activity. He was so knowledgeable and helpful to us through the process. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone who wants to buy a bike or an electric bike or just needs repairs.!
