I had this company build an E-bike for me over 6 years ago. This bike has been fantastic all the way through, with very regular use. I can honestly say I have had such few issues with this ebike since I purchased it. It has a 750-watt motor where you pedal and tons of power. Now, I ride my bike for exercise, so I don't use the E function much past level one unless I'm on a big hill, then maybe level 2 or 3, (out of 9 levels) but with that said, I get anywhere from 60 to a 100 miles per charge with this great battery he put on. Six years later, this battery is like new. Bike and Trike Outlet has been so accommodating over the years, and I have used them for regular tune-ups. Would I ever even consider purchasing another E bike (no time soon), it would be from this company. Sincerely, One pleased customer for 6 years. (Pictures taken are what my bike looks like after 6 years. Yes, it's a bit dirty from recent rains, but it operates so nicely.)

Brought my e-bike in to get a broken spoke replaced after another bike shop informed me that Bike and Trike Outlet is an authorized dealer of my particular brand of e-bike (and I verified this on the brand's website). The employee I first interacted with at Bike and Trike Outlet said they didn't have the right gauge/length spoke in stock. No problem, I've heard this from other shops before. A little surprising to hear, since this shop is supposed to be an official dealer/affiliate for the brand that made my bike and in fact has bikes made by that brand on the sales floor. But I figured they'd be able to source the right spoke fairly easily. My bike ended up sitting in the shop for four weeks with no progress and no communication from the shop. After the first couple weeks or so not hearing anything about my bike's status, I called on two separate occasions to see where they were at with it. I was told they were still trying to source the right spoke, and I'd get a call back with an update. Both times, no one called me back. I figured, maybe they're just busy but they'll get around to the repair soon. Toward the end of the third week, I stopped by in person to ask about the bike's status. It still wasn't fixed due to still not having the proper spoke, and the person I talked to said he'd have the person who was supposed to work on my bike call me back with more info about where he was at with it. Again, I never got a call back. At the end of week four, I decided to go visit the shop again in person, and decided if there hadn't been meaningful progress on at least sourcing the spoke, I would take my bike back. I found out my bike was still not fixed, and they did not have a lead on the spoke. They mentioned something about being able to go get a spoke the next day from another shop in Omaha that can cut spokes to custom lengths. This was a little irritating...I was thinking, if that was an option the whole time, why didn't you just go get a spoke cut there in the first place instead of trying to source it from an out of state vendor? But, trying to be understanding and patient, I said fine, I'd like to take my bike home with me today, but can you please call me tomorrow after you've gotten the spoke cut, and I'll bring the bike back in for the repair. It's now a week after that interaction, and I haven't gotten a call about the spoke, though I'm not really surprised at this point. I obviously don't know what was going on behind the scenes, but I don't get the feeling that they ever actually tried very hard to source the spoke. They also clearly do not prioritize communication with their customers. This experience leads me to wonder how much longer my bike would have just sat in the shop collecting dust without any updates being provided to me if I had not decided to take it back home that day. I ended up bringing the bike to another e-bike shop in town. They had the right spoke available and were able to fix my bike within one business day. Unfortunately, I'll never get the full month of prime bike riding weather back, but at least now I know where not to bring my bike if I want it repaired within a reasonable time frame. I'm sure Bike and Trike Outlet is a great place to buy an e-bike, as they seemed to have many in stock, but I absolutely cannot recommend this place for maintenance or repairs after this experience.

Needed a part for my son's bike and Goole brought me here. Steve was amazing, he got the part I needed right away and was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming here in the future for any bicycle needs and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any bicycle needs!

This shop has the best service hands down. They have been treating me right since 2021 when I got my first bike and have serviced me ever since. They are always working hard for their customers and offer fair and competitive prices as a local store. I will always go to this shop for biking needs because of their top notch service, quality expertise, and competitive prices. Im lucky to live right by them so I can come on in with my bike and get it looked at when needed. Hope this helps when you’re looking for a store.

Had my 2017 ICE Adventure retrofitted in early April in anticipation of riding with Biking Across Kansas the second week of June. Just completed 475 miles in 8 days. The trike and retrofit performed flawlessly. I am so thrilled! I can’t thank Steve enough for making it possible for me to get back out to enjoy cycling again in a safe and fun way! He and Dennis run a fine bike shop!
