Can’t remember when I last had such a positively wonderful experience at a small business. Hmm… maybe they’re not considered small. But anyway, I needed new hand grips on my Cannondale cruiser and they totally hocked me up. Perfect workmanship, perfect quality parts, perfect customer service, and even a final bill under the original estimate. I don’t know about everybody else, but I didn’t think that happened anymore. Well, here it did. Many thanks to the mechanic and the rest of the staff at Bike Works.

Great First Experience ... Took my bicycle to this shop for the first time last week. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Timely communication with the repair estimate. Cost and turnaround time were reasonable.
