amazing shop! small but greatly curated collection of bikes, cheap bike parts and if youre thinking of buying a bike, they have three price options for every budget. the staff is amazing, super accommodating and cool peeps. they are looking for volunteers, and id highly recommend doing so and checking them out if you have the time if you love bikes and wanna support a really cool store

I think it's a special place .. especially if your a bike addict who's mechanically inclined ...I walked upstairs and was amazed at all the stuff .. used parts and more. Used parts great idea for a store it looks like my spare room .. except bigger and a lot more organized

This was the most friendly, helpful, and respectful experience I’ve ever had in a bike shop. I could tell that the people working here really cared about my experience. It’s a pity they are so far south, I’d be frequenting them more often if I lived nearer.

Management and staff are all fantastic. If you're a senior rider, they understand wellness (and risk management) is paramount and by following their suggestions, I've actually averted some broken bones and serious injury. Kudos to Bike Works.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had been searching for a used road bike for a few months with no luck. Bike Works was my last try. They spent time with me finding the perfect bike, making adjustments as I test rode, and even swapped out parts to better my fit! I left with the perfect bike for me. The price was very reasonable, too. Everyone who walked through the door while I was there was treated with dignity and was helped promptly. 10/10! Thanks Bike Works friends!
