I’m not usually impressed or leave reviews but these guys more than earned a 5 star. Top tier experience - only other place that matched my experience here as a customer was at Lexus. These guys are simply amazing at their craft. I got my first gravel bike from there and these guys went above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues that I had. I felt valued and welcomed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BIKE SHOP! I’ll be shopping here for any and all bike needs going forward.

Excellent products, service, and prices. The crew is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they treat you well. They also don't try to milk you for every last possible dollar they can get. By far the best bike shop I have been to.

Great team here! Bike Barn isn't that close to home for me, but Specialized's website indicated they had a bike I wanted in stock. Right off the bat, everyone was helpful and friendly. I did have to return after my first ride as the rear derailleur wasn't working correctly. They fixed it right away and the owner had even offered a discount for the trouble. I returned again a day later thinking the front derailleur had issues as well. It turned out it that I was the one with issues - I was new to the drop bar shifting (years with flat bar gearing) and hadn't been pushing the left shift lever enough - worried that going any harder against the resistance would break it. I felt like an idiot, but the guys in the shop had been 100% patient & understanding. Bike Barn has a ton of bikes across the riding spectrum and a huge selection of accessories for it all. But the vibe and the service alone made buying a bike there worth it.

Nice bike shop. Friendly staff. I guess it's been a long time since I was last in a bike shop. Talk about sticker shock! Yikes, didn't seem like many adult bikes under a thousand dollars. Shit ton of $2,3,4k bikes. Way out of my tax bracket.

Been here for clothes, a fitting on an old bike, and finally a new purchase. Great shop and staff. Very knowledgeable and a fun place to go.
