I had an awesome experience at Bike Brain! The staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Whether it was answering my questions about bike setups, giving solid recommendations, or just making sure everything was dialed in perfectly, they went above and beyond. The shop has a great selection, and the service was top-notch. If you're into cycling and want a shop that truly knows their stuff, I highly recommend.

I purchased a new Cervello time trial bike as I wanted to upgrade and had an older model that is obsolete. I originally wasn’t going to pull the trigger quite yet, but I was impressed with all the attention to details they put into my old bike. In fact, they didn’t even charge me. I felt safe considering them when I made my purchase of a new bike as I knew it would in good hands and I could trust the staff give me the best bike for my budget. After purchasing they spent about two hours setting everything up and threw in a lot of free gear. Thank you so much Eric and the other guys were helping me.

This place is the best!!! I am new to mountain biking and went to Bike Brain with some questions. Everyone there was so incredibly knowledgeable! I ended up buying my first e-Mountain Bike at 50% off during their Black Friday sale (which I think may be extended). Kevin, Andrew, Brian, and Eric all worked with me to get me into the right bike for the right price, and went above and beyond to get everything dialed in for me, and even told me which trails to ride! I’ve had my new toy for a week now, and I couldn’t be happier! Their expertise in putting me on the right bike (and giving me some pro tips) has made my rides so much more enjoyable! Top notch experience at Bike Brain. I worked with Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with my bike tune up! In about 24 hour turnaround time I had my bike looking fresh and ready to ride. Thanks! I’ll definitely be back.

I contacted BikeBrain while in Utah in search of a part for my Pivot Shuttle e-bike since no shop near/in St George had the part in stock. That was a week ago and yesterday Bike Brain text to see if I ever found it and to let me know they had the part on the way. Since we would be leaving Vegas before it arrived he just pulled it off a bike he had to get me back up and riding which was awesome! Great service and I highly recommend this shop!
