I recently had my bike pedal fixed at bike etc and the service was fantastic! The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly diagnosing the issue and making the repair. My bike rides perfectly now. Highly recommend them for any bike needs!

Wow, just wow! I didn’t expect the experience I was walking into, but was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I were in the process of shopping around for bikes, and after some research at Google University, we added this location to our list to check out. Mr. Craton Cochran greeted us at the door and immediately took interest in discovering our needs/interests in a bike. He then educated us on the differences between different bike selections and accessories. His customer service far exceeded what I’m use to in the local area. It was exceptional! He listened well, offered sound recommendations, and offered ways to service us even if we decided to purchase a bike elsewhere. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision, which would have given me anxiety because I am not a compulsive shopper. We were dressed to go to the gym, but he never treated us like he suspected we wouldn‘t be purchasing a bike same day. Just wow! The conversation was so organic that we began to network within other facets of our lives. His willingness to be just an all-around helpful person, imprinted the greatest impression on us. We’ll definitely be back!
