Will P went above and beyond! First, we were on hold on the phone Thurs checking stock on tires, and didn't make the cutoff with traffic, but they reopened for us a few minutes so we could make the purchase. Then, my son made an oops changing them the night before we had to leave for a race 3.5hrs away. Our other 3 shops that we frequent are too far for me to make a lunch trip, so I called BikeSource Fri, and since we had just bought them the night before, asked if they had time to change the front tire, and figure out why the bead wouldn't set on the rear that was already 'complete.' I dropped it off at noon, and turned out the rear tape was a mess, so they had to remove the tire, clean the sealant, and redo everything. Will had it done by 2pm! When I returned to pick it up, they didn't have any bottle caps in stock, and ours had froze and broken in a frigid 50mi race the week before, so Will gifted us a couple of promo bottles so my son had them for his race. He also educated me on equipment, training, nutrition, and shared group rides in the area for my son to enhance his training. They also finally had the helmet in stock that's been in my cart for months, and a killer deal on thermal bibs!! So greatful to realize we have an awesome bike shop close to home as well!!

Brought in an older bike that was in urgent need of a fix- BikeSource repaired the wheel and brakes. We’ve been customers there for 15 years and are never disappointed! They are efficient, affordable, and knowledgeable!!

This was my first time at Bike Source and I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. I had some criteria and they worked with me to find the perfect bike in my budget - a full suspension for a great price. They got my bike suspension setup to my weight and did all final checks so it was ready to ride. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly are big bike fans, so they’ll take care of you!

Whatever you're looking for, you'll likely find it here and the employees are wildly helpful in finding it all. Additionally, this location offers services such as bike fittings and repairs. Extremely professional team. They won't sell you just to sell you! Mr. Steve is a good specialist and advisor in the world of Specialized! I was also glad to see the young, professional generation in the store.
