Wow, Jalen is just the best! He’s so knowledgeable and you can tell he truly loves bikes. He’s helped me purchase a bike, as well as all the trinkets to make my ride successful. Bikeway is a great place to visit, thank you Jalen for your exceptional service!

Brought my e bike in to fix a flat tire. This thing rides better than when I bought it. Amazing job and done in one day, for not much more than the price of the tire. Truly great store

Purchased two bikes from the Middletown shop and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience , price and the helpfulness of the staff , especially Doug ! He was more than helpful with finding the perfect bikes and bringing one from another location the next day . Customer service to the highest degree !

I recently brought in two bikes that I had assembled myself but needed significant adjustments. I struggled with tightening some of the bolts, centering the front brake, and realized the training wheels I installed were not compatible with a 20" bike.
