If your bike is riding rough, bent a rim or just need a tune up? Look no farther cause Bingo can do it! My bike rides like new again. Can’t believe how rough it was till I took it in for a multitude of reasons. Service was prompt, friendly and affordable. Doug was very helpful and informative. Best customer service around. He even called before making any major changes from what we discussed, which I appreciate greatly. Thanks again!

He went above and beyond for my bike. He took his time and did it right period. Reasonable prices all the way around. He’s the only bike guy I deal with. Great quality work.

Recently had my tire fail me while riding in the area - happened to pass by Doug and decided to stop in just to see if anything could be done. Doug honestly provides the most genuine and helpful bike service and judging from the demand and praise, it's becoming well know in the area. With so many bike shops closing now, Columbus is lucky to have such a fantastic bike shop still around - he's fast, caring, fair, and experience. I will always being coming here from now on.

Only went there because it was the closest away. You can tell it's very non franchise and a personal love, hobby and career choice of the owner, Mr. Doug Wert. I came to him with no appointment and after checking out my bike which visually it wasn't apparent what was wrong with it he guesstimated me a price of $149. To include a new bike seat, a general touch up of the entire thing and a special attention to the flat black when. I actually didn't pick up my bike for 3 days, no problem. I was actually late coming in to grab it that day, no other. I also didn't pay with cash but card, NO PROBLEM. The overall price that Doug charged me at was a measily $74 and I'm not sure if that Includes the 5% MILITARY DISCOUNT Doug added because of my veteranship but regardless that is a solid price and my bike rides like it's brand new. Bike shop owners like Doug Wert are what we need more of, entrepreneurs, non franchising, grass-root business owners. I will never take my bike anywhere else and I recommend him to every one I know who rides. Thank you Doug.🚲🚵🚵‍♂️🚵‍♀️🇺🇲🇺🇸🦅
