A bike store with no BS! Stated my price range and goals for a bike, and it only took one of the bike experts Chris a couple seconds to find the right bike for me. Compared to other bike stores, there was absolutely no pressure or pushing to purchase. Chris expertly laid out the pros and cons with no BS, and gave me plenty of time and space to think about my purchase. He even helped me load the bike into my car. Smooth process, great deals, and amazing customer service!

I recently purchased two bikes—one for myself and one for my daughter—and had an excellent experience. Aubrey provided outstanding customer service, demonstrating great knowledge and attention to detail. The process was smooth and efficient, and we were up and riding in no time. Highly recommend!

I went to shop the day before Christmas. I had a flat tire and had to walk about 2 miles from Madison Avenue. I was on my road bike and my tires were really thin and I needed to buy new tires. I was looking at $220 worth of work needed. I was worried about riding home and did not have my credit card on me. These guys gave me used tires that were like brand new German made gator skin with thick tubes for $10 bucks and I'm good to go for a long time that really touched my heart. I would have been completely screwed they didn't help me. Also they keep a tire pump outside for customers at all times. Love you guys Merry Christmas!!!! If you need a bike don't go anywhere else.

Amazing shop. Chris helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect bike for us. They have a customer for life. I would give it more stars if I could.

Was in a pinch on service that Bob's came through like a champ 💯 with great expertise🤘🏼when the factory authorized repair facility (Mike's Bikes 👎🏼) refused to fix! We all learned something from the experience which hopefully they adapt to the changing market and don't leave the bike community hanging. Good selection of inventory too!
