Outstanding Service and Unmatched Knowledge! We had an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming and eager to help. I’m not an expert when it comes to bikes, but the team took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed or pressured. They patiently answered all my questions, gave us honest recommendations, and really listened to our needs. The customer service here is second to none — everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about e-bikes. They even took the extra time to make sure that the bike was perfectly tuned and ready to ride before we left. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I must say that Steve the owner goes above and beyond for his customers. I was gifted an e bike and Steve is more than happy to service it and get me setup despite not getting the bike from his store. I would recommend this shop for beginners and the veteran riders. Customer service means a lot to me as I've been in retail management for over 20 years.

Amazing customer service! They were very patient while my husband asked about almost every bike in the place. They were full of suggestions that finally guided us to the perfect e-bike, and they gave us a great deal on the accessories we wanted. Can't wait to pick up the bike up next week!

We purchased three MOKWHEEL bikes from BOJ-E bikes. The staff is amazing, they are all so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We loved that they took us on the trails and were able to test numerous e-bikes before making a buying decision. They are not pushy at all - just great guys that are passionate about biking. We could not be happier and absolutely love our bikes. We will be back for connected helmets - as they’re perfect Christmas gifts for one another.

My husband and I rented e-bikes for a date day and it was so much fun! The owner Steve is down to earth and passionate about finding the right fit for his customer. He explained how to use the bikes and even rode with us a little bit to make sure we were comfortable. Can't wait to go around and save up for my e-bike! Highly recommend!!
