My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting me a bike with pedal assist for the past year, and no matter how badly I wanted one, I never felt like I had enough information or research to commit. We went on a walk and just stumbled into Bostonebikes. Immediately Gerry and Davin welcomed all of my questions and took interest in my wants and needs for my dream bike. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a buying decision, and they encouraged me to ask all of my questions and actually take a test ride around the block on the bike! This team seriously knows their stuff, but explained things to me in a way that was not confusing and not intimidating. By the end of our visit, I was excited to purchase a bike from them!! I can confidently say that I am a proud customer and will send everyone I know to Gerry and the team!

Gerry is super friendly and experienced. He and his staff helped me to assemble the handle bar for this very fancy bike in just a few min. I spent hours but still can't figure out how. 2 thumbs up on their service !

If there were more than 5 stars they’d be checked as well! On a SUNDAY afternoon the day before my son’s 13th birthday, Gerry & Davin made what I thought was impossible especially on a Sunday afternoon, happen! They were able to accommodate me within a matter of 2 hours & assemble a quality E-Bike as well as give a full detailed explanation of every aspect of the bike. As a father I cannot thank them enough for everything they did especially on a Sunday afternoon. The look on my son’s face was priceless & a memory I will never forget all thanks to Gerry & Davin! Once again thank you with all the appreciation in the world!

These guys rock! I just got an e-bike and don’t have much knowledge on bicycles, but it wasn’t a problem at all because the folks at Boston e bikes really know what they’re doing! Gerry was an E-bike wizard and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and had it fixed up in no time. He was super kind and gave great advice! All of the employees are super knowledgeable and I got my bike fixed at a really great price. Very affordable and a great experience over all! I can’t recommend Boston E-bikes enough.
