A pedal on my bike got loose, and Jeff, Owen and Rob took great care of me immediately at a great price. Jeff in particular was extremely knowledgeable and explained lots about the parts and bike design, and is clearly an expert. Thanks so much for the great chat and quick fix, trust them with your bike!

Do not trust this bike shop with your bike - especially with nice bikes. I took my bike in for cassette cleaning and to install new disc breaks. Upon picking up my bike a piece of my bike (an axle key, branded with my bike brand) was missing. They also did not properly clean the rotor before installing the new disc brake pads (which contaminates the brake pads) . Additionally the brake pads were not correctly installed (see noises in video). The shop not only had incredibly rude customer service (including hanging up on me multiple times, telling me never to call back again when I said I was bringing my bike in so they could correct the issues, and threatening me), they denied even the possibility of this being their fault, made misogynistic comments, and did not propose a resolution or respond to the resolution I proposed. When I said I was going to bring my bike in for them to fix the issue again and correctly install the brake pads, the shop said "if you come in we will arrest you". Do not take your business here. It's a shame that I tried to support a local business and had this terrible of an experience. This is a terrible bike shop -- and I have had multiple friends confirm that they've had similar experiences.

I came to Cambridge Bicycle on 12/14/2024 to buy new tires. Looked at options because I was undecided about thinner or slightly thicker options.The thicker tires were quoted from $44 each and they didn’t have the other pair in stock. The thinner tires were quoted for $34 each, they already had them in stock. I decided to order the thicker tires and paid $93 for the order. First they said the order was going to arrive in a week, then they texted and said the order was going to arrive two weeks later and asked me if I wanted to install what they had in stock. So I decided to cancel the order for the thicker tires and have the thinner ones installed. When I came to the shop they did not honor the price they quoted and charged me instead $44 each for the thinner tires. I talked to the manager and he told me that I was quoted wrongly. So not only that I was charged more for the thinner tires, I was also treated as if I was lying. I highly recommend not doing business with this shop. Just go somewhere else because they have no respect for you or for their own workers.

Came in due to my rack coming loose and needing new bolts and nuts on beginning of 12 mile ride home. Prompt service got me fixed up in 15 minutes and a reasonable charge of $12! Great job, highly recommend.

Needed a replacement part for a bike light. Manufacturer's website said Cambridge Bicycle had it in stock. I emailed the store and the staff set it aside for me for pickup. Nice of them to do that. Support your Local Bike Shop!
