So helpful. What a great shop. I’m from England trying to cycle from New York to San Francisco, and I ended up with three broken spokes (I had spares but not the right tools). I called in and Andrew and his team were so accommodating and did everything to help me out and get me properly mobile again. I’ve been into, and seen a lot of bike shops and it doesn’t take long to ‘feel’ the attitude and understand if the staff know their stuff. Just spending time in the shop and the workshop allowed me to see for myself what a great company this is and understand that they know what they are talking about. Other than the kindness shown to me, I would definitely recommend this business if you want to buy a bike or have one serviced / fixed. Thanks again. 🙌🙌🙌

Josh was amazing! We’re from out of town and experienced a flat tire this morning. He replaced the tube and valve in about 15 minutes with no wait. You saved the day Josh, well done! His rates are very fair and reasonable. Thank you Josh!

Took inexperienced bike rider girlfriend there to buy a bike. Andrew put her on a small $750 Specialized that fit her well. She rode it and liked it. I asked if they had any cheaper ones and he showed me a $500 small that was still in the box unassembled. I asked to buy it and he said they "had a list" of people waiting on a small version on that bike and that he couldn't sell it. After momentary deliberation I said fine I'll take the $750 one she rode. Then he said he couldn't sell me that one either because they "had calls" about it. Whatever that means. I told him well I'm standing here actually in the store with $800 cash and will buy it right now. About this time the bike mechanic who was obviously listening comes out from the back and in a very belligerent tone says "we have calls on that bike so your right hundred dollars cash isn't going to get you anything." Again with the "had calls" thing. If they had explained that someone had put down a deposit to hold the bike I'd have understood but that didn't seem to be the case. I guess someone had simply called to see if they had the particular bike or they were holding it for a friend or maybe they just didn't want an empty showroom. Either way they handled it poorly. I understand the pandemic has caused a shortage of bikes but this was just unprofessional. If Andrew (who for the record was always polite) had simply told us when we got there that they didn't have any bikes to sell that day I'd have understood. He didn't until after he'd wasted 45 minutes of my Saturday. He said he was the owner and yet said nothing when his rude employee inserted himself in our conversation and got belligerent with me. I've bought more than a half a dozen bikes there over the years but I'll never buy another there. I ended up spending my $ on a nice used Cannondale.

A really great bicycle store. High quality products. Staffed by very knowledgeable people who love cycling. One of the very few businesses I have worked with who really understand the concept of customer service. All the staff are excellent. Thank you Andrew for all your advice. I don't often post or rate stores, but this store is an exception. It deserves a 10, and has earned my loyalty as a customer. Thank you.

I have been to this shop many times over they years and they have always treated me right. I got my first mountain bike there when I was a kid in the 1980's when Bill owned it. The shop is now owned by Andrew and he is awesome, as well as everyone else that works there. Their head mechanic Josh is a freaking wizard when it comes to servicing bikes. In short, great shop, great guys, and highly recommended.
